Tax Audit Representation:

We will represent our clients in any federal or state audit situation for returns prepared by us. This service is available for returns prepared elsewhere for an hourly fee.

Tax Planning:

Assisting clients in tax planning to better control tax liability and cash flow.

Drop Off Service:

Fax: 804-325-3891. Our drop off service allows the client to drop off or fax their tax information. The return is usually completed within 24 hours.

Estimated Taxes:

We assist in generating  estimated (quarterly) tax payments.

Bookkeeping:

We offer bookkeeping services for all of our clientele

Fax: 804-381-3891. Our drop off service allows the client to drop off or fax their information to the office. Most corporate returns are due on March 15  (calendar year corporations).

Bookkeeping:

We offer bookkeeping services for our business and individual clients using Quick Books. We will assist in your payroll and quarterly payments. Please contact us for our low monthly bookkeeping rates.

Our environment is very fragile. Each individual and every business is responsible  for the care and preservation of the environment for our children, grandchildren, family, friends, and all those who follow.

Our highest priority is the reduction in the amount of paper used throughout the year especially during tax season. This reduction also lessens the use of toner in our printers.
